Luxury copywriting for private clubs, restaurants, luxury event planners, food brands, and culinary concepts that form part of resort and prime residential offerings. Experience includes brand and marketing copy, TOV guidelines and editorial, writing about fine dining, exceptional wines and spirits, bespoke private catering and VIP events.

 

I was also Head of Copy/Creative Lead at Gousto (one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe and the best recipe box!) during the initial rebrand in 2017. Our in-house Brand/Marketing team was highly focused on brand building and performance marketing, with dramatic improvements in customer acquisition and retention. This experience also greatly improved my own cooking skills (which needed a boost).
