Working with Signature Creative in LA, I helped shape the branding and messaging for a property developer undertaking a prestigious business address in one of the top US cities for business. This was a philosophical exercise, in addition to a branding one. What does an office need to provide today, in order to tempt workers back into the office? A bit question that companies – and governments – are currently grappling with. We teased out the main USPs in two different creative visions of what this address could become on the landscape.
